This Privacy Policy explains how LiteSpark ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use the mobile application ThemeBox: Themes & Wallpapers (package com.themebox.icons.themes, the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

ThemeBox does not require an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. We only collect limited technical data, mostly through third-party services integrated into the App:

Your favorites and app preferences are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

2. Device permissions

Set wallpaper — to apply the wallpaper you choose to your home/lock screen.
Internet / network state — to download themes, wallpapers and icon packs and to load ads.
Storage / media (if requested) — only to save a wallpaper you choose to download. We do not read your other files.

You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain and improve the App and its content;
To display advertising that keeps the App free;
To diagnose crashes and performance problems;
To respond to your support and data requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information under their own privacy policies:

App info, performance data and device IDs may be shared with these providers for advertising, analytics and crash reporting, as disclosed in our Google Play Data Safety section.

5. Advertising & your choices

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in Settings → Google → Ads (path may vary by device). Users in the EEA/UK will be shown a consent form where required by law, and can change their choice at any time.

6. Data retention & deletion

Diagnostic and analytics data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and according to our providers' retention settings. You can request deletion of data associated with your device at any time — see our Delete Data page. Requests are completed within 90 days.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights (GDPR & similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's privacy

The App is rated for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ThemeBox: Themes & Wallpapers (the "App") provided by LiteSpark. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, logos and the ThemeBox name belong to LiteSpark or its licensors. Themes, wallpapers and icons are provided for personal device customization only. Some content may be owned by third parties and is used under license or permission. You may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit any content from the App.

If you believe any content infringes your copyright, email us with details and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

3. Prohibited conduct

Copying, modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the App;
Extracting content in bulk or re-publishing it on other apps or websites;
Interfering with ads, servers or security features of the App;
Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Play policies.

4. Ads and third-party services

The App is free and supported by advertising. Ads and links to third-party services are governed by those third parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or launcher.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiteSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Delete Account & Data

ThemeBox: Themes & Wallpapers — by LiteSpark

ThemeBox does not require you to create an account. There is no username or password to delete. However, you can ask us to delete any data linked to your device, and we will complete your request within 90 days.

Option 1 — Delete data directly on your device

Open ThemeBox → Settings and tap Clear data / Delete my data (if available) to remove favorites and local preferences.
Or go to your phone's Settings → Apps → ThemeBox → Storage → Clear data.
To reset the advertising identifier, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID).
Uninstall the App to stop all future data collection.

Option 2 — Request deletion from us

Send a request by email to developer.litespark@gmail.com with the subject "ThemeBox – Data Deletion Request", or fill out the form below (it opens your email app with the details pre-filled).

What gets deleted

App info and performance data (crash logs, diagnostics) linked to your device;
Device or other identifiers stored by us or our analytics providers;
Any emails and support messages you sent us, if you ask.

What may be kept

Aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you;
Records we are required to keep by law (for example, a record that a deletion request was handled).

Processing time

We confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion within 90 days. Data held by third-party advertising and analytics providers is deleted according to their own deletion processes, which we request on your behalf where possible.
